Shipping Policy
This policy is applicable to United States orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from us, you accept the policies contained herein.
A. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping Cost: Free
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
Generally, total shipping time is 4 – 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order transit time is 3 – 5 days (Monday to Friday).
Order handling time is 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).
C. DELIVERY TERMS
We use the USPS, UPS, FedEx to deliver the product.
For huge items, we use standard curbside delivery and you have to be available to accept the package.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected] or Call Us at +13176478040.
E. CANCELLATIONS
We have 12-hour grace period after an order is placed for you to cancel or amend the order. Please contact [email protected] and mention your order number. Beyond 12 hours, we can no longer cancel or amend your order because it has been processed.
F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Upon the delivery of your order, you’re responsible for checking if any items are missing or damaged. If there’s any damage, please reject the package and contact us right away within 2 days of the delivery date. Claims made after this time frame will not be accepted.
